Robbery in Buyugan City

An establishment along Barangay Maygatasan, Buyugan City was robbed by three unidentified persons last Thursday.

The victims were identified as Susan Cabatuando Gernale, 49 years old, owner of the Sancar Solar Drier, Rice, Copra Buyer and a costumer Anthony Aporto Caubat, 46 years old and two residents of Purok 2, Barangay Dacuta, Esperanza, Agusan del Sur.

Reports showed that the robbery incident happened at around 8:00 am last Thursday in Purok 7, Andanan, Barangay Maygatasan, Bayugan City.

Initial investigation conducted that the victims were inside the establishment when the suspects came in armed with unknown firearms declared the robbery.

After the suspects took with them the Php 90,000.00 cash, two cellular phones, necklace and Seiko Diver watch they run off on the blue Honda motorcycle without plate number heading Butuan City.

Authorities are still conducting follow-up investigation in the place of incident to identify the suspects. (Rose Anne Valledo)
